THE PROCESS

Call the office (281-894-2162) or click HERE to schedule an appointment. Limited evening and Saturday morning appointments are available.
We will meet with you to discuss ideas for your new outdoor space.
You will be presented with a design and estimate for review. The design will include a drawing of the project. At this point, potential revisions are discussed.
When you approve the design and cost estimate, a contract will be signed.
We will submit all necessary documentation to the Homeowner's Association.
Construction will begin shortly after HOA approval is received.
A 50% payment is required when construction begins.
Once construction begins, we will visit the job site and communicate regularly through email, text and phone to ensure that the work meets our exceptionally high standard for quality workmanship.
During the construction process our project manger will be available for questions.
Once work is completed, the manager communicates with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the job.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and client satisfaction of the project
